Up to 100 tables inside the Grandstand plus a bustling outdoor Antiques Market. On site catering during fair hours / 2 miles from the stunning Cathedral town of Southwell. Dogs on short leads welcome.

INDOOR STALLHOLDERS: Stalls come in the following sizes:

Single (1 x 6ft trestle)

Single L (2 x trestles in an L shape)

Double (2 x trestles in a 12ft run)

Double L (as above with a 3rd table making an L)

Treble (3 x trestles in a 18ft run)

 

We are presently full for indoor stalls. Should you wish to express interest in standing indoors, please email your details and your pitch size preference to be added onto the waiting list.

OUTSIDE STALLHOLDERS: PLEASE NOTE: OUR OUTSIDE PITCHES MEASURE 25ft x 25ft  £80 (this is usually ample to fit a caravan OR van and a gazebo/awning.). Should you require more space than this please ask us for a SUPERSIZE PITCH. THESE ARE 35ft x 25ft £90 and cater for larger vans/motorhomes etc. (2025 pricing)

All outside pitches are on grass and do not have access to electric. 

​

There are overnight showers/toilets for outdoor stallholders, along with Elsan point and access to water.
